SOLUTIONS
1) Gmail Confirmation Flow
This automation processes email confirmations.
Trigger: Incoming Gmail messages.
AI text classifier checks if the email is a confirmation or non-confirmation.
If confirmed, records are updated in Airtable and attachments are uploaded to Google Drive.
Sends auto-replies or error notifications via Gmail.
Uses looping logic to process multiple attachments or messages.
Purpose: Automatically validates confirmations from emails, updates the database, stores files, and notifies the team.
2) Twilio SMS/WhatsApp Flow
This automation handles inbound messages via Twilio.
Triggers when a message arrives.
Looks up customer details, enriches data, and uses OpenAI Chat Models for intelligent replies.
Depending on logic, it can:
Send SMS/WhatsApp responses.
Create or update rows in Airtable.
Upload files to Google Drive.
Includes custom JavaScript steps for dynamic processing and record management.

3) Initial Email Flow
This handles customer onboarding emails or WhatsApp initiation.

Sends messages through Twilio (WhatsApp) or Gmail (Email).
