A custom awards manufacturer (RIAA Gold/Platinum records, Grammy and Spotify streaming awards) needed their Shopify storefront wired to CRM, production tracking and accounting — with nothing falling through the cracks between systems.
02 — SYSTEM
Order placed via a dynamic Shopify configurator • Deal auto-created and synced in Hubspot • Production tracked in Airtable, visible to the customer • Invoice reconciled in QuickBooks by order number
03 — DELIVERY
E-commerce storefront with a dynamic configurator and deposit-only checkout • Collision-safe order numbering written back to Shopify and synced across Hubspot, Airtable and QuickBooks • Manual approval gates for labels and billing, plus automated stale-status reminders
