01 — INPUT
Al Barakat Golden's 19-module Odoo ERP looked complete on paper but hadn't been checked against what was actually happening in production. We pulled their real production database — 659 vehicles, 1,043 employees, 9,645 fuel transactions, 690 lab job records — and audited every module against real data, not just code.
02 — SYSTEM
19 custom modules mapped against the live production database • Every business domain checked: fleet, lab, fuel, HR, payroll, documents • Findings ranked by severity, not theory • 5-week revamp plan built to fix confirmed gaps
03 — DELIVERY
Full domain-by-domain audit: found 644 of 690 lab jobs (93%) were never invoiced in Odoo — a direct revenue-leakage risk • Found 478 of 526 active employees (91%) were being paid entirely outside the system, and only 9 of 1,043 employees had visa-expiry tracking set • Identified a module that had never actually installed and would crash Odoo on next restart if left in place • Delivered a detailed 5-week, task-by-task revamp plan (security groups, invoice automation, certificate generation, payroll migration, executive dashboards) with go/no-go milestones each week
